What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff)

Own Social Media Growth

• Build and execute social strategies that go beyond aesthetics
• Grow brand accounts with

  high-intent, scroll-stopping content

• Experiment, test formats, double down on what works

• Stay obsessed with trends, hooks, and creator-style storytelling

Create Content — Hands-On

• Ideate, shoot, and help execute Reels, Shorts & carousels
• Be actively involved in

  on-ground shoots

  (planning → execution)
• Work with founders, creators, and internal teams to capture authentic moments
• Turn everyday brand stories into content people actually watch

UGC Creators = Your Playground

• Source and manage UGC creators & models
• Build a reliable creator network you can tap into anytime
• Coordinate briefs, shoots, timelines, and outputs
• Ensure UGC feels

  real, native, and high-quality

  — not scripted ads

Collaborate & Execute Fast

• Work closely with performance and design teams
• Align organic content with what’s working in paid media
• Maintain content calendars and move fast without overthinking

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are based in

  Bangalore

• Have 2–5 years

  of hands-on social media experience
• Have grown at least one brand or creator account meaningfully
• Are comfortable sourcing creators and managing shoots
• Think like a creator, but execute like a strategist
• Prefer doing over delegating
