Role & responsibilities

• Conduct

  field trials

  of concrete admixtures with clients and site engineers.
• Generate and convert leads into business by offering technical insights and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with RMC plants, contractors, builders, and consultants.
• Provide post-sales support and technical follow-up for product performance.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and sales teams to customize solutions as per client/site requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 23 years in technical sales, specifically in concrete admixtures.

• Industry Background: Preferably from the construction chemical industry.

• Strong understanding of concrete technology, mix designs, and admixture applications.

• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and trials.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
