Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Concrete Admixtures Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Industry: Construction Chemicals Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Salary: As per industry standards Responsibilities Conduct field trials of concrete admixtures with clients and site engineers. Generate and convert leads into business by offering technical insights and demonstrations. Maintain relationships with RMC plants, contractors, builders, and consultants. Provide post-sales support and technical follow-up for product performance. Collaborate with internal R&D and sales teams to customize solutions as per client/site requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2–3 years in technical sales, specifically in concrete admixtures . Industry Background: Preferably from the construction chemical industry. Strong understanding of concrete technology, mix designs, and admixture applications. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and trials. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Chemistry / Construction Technology or related field. Proven track record in B2B technical sales. Comfortable with field work and site trials.
