About Techlanz

Techlanz is a Bengaluru based company founded by IIT alumni with a core focus on next generation drone battery technologies. The company provides end-to-end engineering services, product development support and advanced training & certification programs in Battery and AI space. Techlanz is also developing Battery Digital Twin in combination with the battery tech.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven SalesIntern/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales through proactive outreach and effective client relationship management. This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and a solid grasp of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Deliver customized and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale customer support and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activity, client feedback, and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, B.tech/Diploma or a related field (preferred).
  • We’re looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in tech or services.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply!
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet goals.
  • Strong customer orientation and follow-through mindset.
