Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Project Sales.

Location: Narhe, Pune

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic engineers with strong communication and presentation skills for the role of Engineer Technical Sales. This is a challenging position that requires technical and commercial expertise, as well as a passion for customer engagement. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies in Robotics, Vision Systems, Assembly Automation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Management:

o Prospect new customers and develop new business opportunities.

o Understand customer requirements related to projects and processes.

o Lead generation and analysis.

o Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.

o Coordinate with the design team and customer to finalize solutions.

o Negotiate and finalize orders.

o Drive business growth through strategic planning and customer acquisition.

2. Sales Administration:

o Manage internal order processing, deliveries, and receivables.

o Ensure smooth operations by following up on orders and managing timelines.

3. Customer Engagement:

o Understand the voice of the customer and their organizational needs.

o Gather data to analyze competitor offerings and identify advantages.

o Build lasting relationships with customers and expand the client base.

4. Technical Competence:

o Develop a clear domain understanding of all verticals including Robotics, Automation, and Machine Control.

o Provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

o Stay updated on technological trends and developments in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields from a reputed institute.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Open-minded, courageous, and ready to take on challenges.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative.
  • Knowledge and understanding of robotics, automation, vision systems, and allied technologies is a plus.
