Role Overview

Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

    industrial, Automobile, electrical, and engineering sectors & Others

    .
  • Promote and sell PRESSKRAFT’s portfolio of automation products and solutions.
  • Conduct

    technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions

    with customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed

    monthly and annual sales targets

    .

2. Technical Support & Solution Engineering

  • Understand customer applications, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Provide

    pre-sales technical support

    , including product selection and system recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver

    customized solutions

    .
  • Perform site visits, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations as required.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and technical support.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.


Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience will also be considered)
  • 2–3 years

    of experience in

    technical sales or application engineering

    , preferably in industrial automation, electrical, or instrumentation domains.
  • Strong understanding of

    electrical systems, control panels, instrumentation, or industrial components

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools, MS Office

    , and technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
