Technical Resource Manager (TRM)
to be the backbone of our delivery workforce, ensuring optimal talent supply, deployment, and enablement across the delivery organization in a specific geography.
Role Summary

is responsible for the overall talent lifecycle of the delivery organization within their assigned geography. This critical role focuses on achieving high
Utilization
and timely
Fulfilment
of resource needs by collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering Directors (EDs), and the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). All delivery team members in the geography will have a reporting line to this role (solid line for bench resources).
Key Goals
- Achieve high Utilization across the delivery organization.
- Ensure timely and high-quality Fulfilment of all resource requirements.
- Drive the successful execution of the Training/Enablement plan.
- Maintain the integrity of the Skills Forecasting and Talent Pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
Resource Fulfillment & Forecasting
- Identify resource needs from EDs, Sales, and Solutions teams and allocate the most suitable talent.
- Identify talent gaps, raise formal hiring requisitions, and collaborate with Recruitment for efficient talent acquisition.
- Facilitate just-in-time sourcing of talent for immediate project needs.
- Work with Sales to develop a quarterly/half-yearly resource forecast and proactive hiring plan to build the supply pipeline.
Talent Enablement & Development
- Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Solution Leads to execute the technical training and enablement plan.
- Drive Knowledge and Skills Enhancement (especially in new AI-first technologies) and Cross-Skilling of associates to maximize internal deployment opportunities.
- Focus on Optimizing Utilization across the board by effectively managing and deploying available talent.
People Management & Operations
- Manage day-to-day talent logistics: allocations, de-allocations, movements, and leave management.
- Ensure the engagement of bench talent not currently deployed on billable assignments through training or internal initiatives.
- Timely processing of Project Allocation Extensions to prevent operational delays.
- Monitor and drive operational efficiencies, including timely closure of open opportunities with resource allocation and adherence to timesheet policies
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience. Good academic record.
- Proven experience in technical resource management, capacity planning, and talent fulfillment within an IT services context.
- Deep understanding of the talent landscape for digital engineering and AI skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience with resource management tools .
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in coordinating with diverse stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, HR).
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent engagement and development programs.
