Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various technologies and domains. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS or internal databases
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for requirement gathering and updates
• Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement throughout the process
• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports with leadership

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of technical recruitment and IT terminologies
• Hands-on experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good understanding of various roles in software development, testing, data, and cloud technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing firm is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,917.91 - ₹25,261.96 per month
