Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and placing our bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC) with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. You should have strong vendor connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven record in bench sales and candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market our bench consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients and implementation partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of active client requirements.
• Negotiate rates and finalize contracts between clients and consultants.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure consultant placement.
• Update and maintain daily activity reports and submissions.
• Follow up regularly with consultants and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US staffing process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and immigration statuses (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Ability to work in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Experience in handling multiple consultants across technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Proven track record of regular placements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
