Conduct phone screenings to assess: Technical skills Communication skills Availability Work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) Current and expected pay rate Submit suitable candidates to the client or hiring manager. ✅ 4. Coordinating Interviews Schedule and confirm interviews. Prepare candidates for interviews (share job description, client info, and tips). Follow up post-interview for feedback.
