Job Description

1. Requirement Gathering Understand job requirements from clients or account managers. Clarify technical and non-technical aspects of the role (skills, location, visa, pay rate, etc.). ✅ 2. Candidate Sourcing Use job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed , and LinkedIn . Search internal databases or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Post job ads to attract candidates. Use Boolean search techniques and social media platforms. ✅ 3. Screening Candidates Review resumes to match skills and experience with job requirements. Conduct phone screenings to assess: Technical skills Communication skills Availability Work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) Current and expected pay rate Submit suitable candidates to the client or hiring manager. ✅ 4. Coordinating Interviews Schedule and confirm interviews. Prepare candidates for interviews (share job description, client info, and tips). Follow up post-interview for feedback.
