Technical Recruiter

Job Requirement Gathering Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements. Define technical skills, experience levels, and job responsibilities for open positions. ✅ 2. Talent Sourcing Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, networking, and employee referrals. Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing tools to find passive candidates. ✅ 3. Screening and Evaluation Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills. Evaluate resumes and applications for technical fit, experience, and cultural compatibility. Coordinate and sometimes conduct technical assessments or coding tests. ✅ 4. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams. Communicate clearly with candidates about interview stages and expectations. ✅ 5. Candidate Engagement Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when needed. ✅ 6. Offer Management Negotiate salary, joining dates, and other employment terms with selected candidates. Draft and send offer letters, and handle pre-joining formalities. ✅ 7. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR, technical teams, and management to streamline recruitment workflows. Provide hiring insights and data reports on recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, etc.). ✅ 8. Employer Branding Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and events. Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
