Technical Recruiter

Techila Global Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end technical and non technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, solid understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Mode: 5 Days working from office (Magarpatta, Pune)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (permanent & contract staffing).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and handle offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Meet or exceed monthly hiring and closure targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment / staffing / technical hiring. (Must)
• Proven success in sourcing and closing mid to senior-level IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data and AI, Azure, DevOps, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Testing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
