Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles

• Source actively through LinkedIn, Naukri etc and referrals; build a pipeline of high-quality talent.

• Conduct HR screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations

• Maintain hiring dashboards and metrics to track TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire

• Drive campus hiring initiatives, manage candidate experience from first call to onboarding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
