As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Manastu Space Technologies in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of space exploration by building a high-performing technical team dedicated to sustainability. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand the company's technical staffing requirements, translating technical job requirements into effective job postings, proactively sourcing and evaluating candidates through various methods, conducting interviews, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, staying updated with aerospace technology trends, and handling HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans. - Translate technical job requirements into effective job postings and recruitment campaigns. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using various methods like job boards, networking, and social media. - Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies and stay updated with aerospace technology trends. - Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and participate in HR projects to improve overall HR services and processes. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the aerospace industry or related technical fields. - Strong understanding of technical terms and concepts related to aerospace engineering. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.,
