Hello All, Greetings from Tesslogs, We are currently looking to hire IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at Mysore. 📍 Location: Mysore [Work from office only] 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for both permanent and C2H roles across diverse technologies and locations. Expert-level sourcing using Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. Conduct candidate screenings, technical fitment assessments, and salary negotiations. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management. Maintain active engagement with clients and hiring managers to gather role-specific insights. Build and nurture a strong pipeline for niche, mid, and senior-level IT roles. Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and contribute to overall team hiring targets. Requirements: 1 to 6 years of strong IT recruitment experience is must, Hands-on expertise in Naukri sourcing and LinkedIn recruitment strategies . Good understanding of IT skill sets, market trends, and C2H hiring processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
