Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using

  job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct

  initial HR/technical screening calls

• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Negotiate offers and support closing candidates
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
• Build employer branding through proactive outreach and networking
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends, skills, and market compensation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in

  technical recruitment

• Strong understanding of

  technology stacks and technical roles

• Hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed

  , or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote environment

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Good to Have

• Experience hiring for

  product-based or startup environments

• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
• Experience hiring for

  global clients or remote roles

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
