Role: Sr. Recruiter – Semiconductor / VLSI

📍 Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

⏳ Experience: 3+ Years (Direct Semiconductor/VLSI hiring is a must)

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be "filling seats"—you’ll be owning the entire talent lifecycle for some of the most technical roles in the industry.

• End-to-End Ownership:

  Manage the full recruitment cycle for niche semiconductor requirements.

• Strategic Sourcing:

  Go beyond the basics. Use LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, and referrals to find "passive" talent.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality submissions and maintain healthy interview-to-offer ratios.

• Daily Delivery:

  Track and report on progress (TAT, screenings, and closures) to ensure we hit our aggressive SLAs.

Domain Expertise Required

We are looking for someone who understands the technical nuances of:

• RTL Design & Verification (UVM/OVM)

• Physical Design (PD / STA)

• DFT / ATPG

• Analog / AMS / Memory Layout

• Embedded Systems / Firmware

• EDA Tools
