🔹 Job Title: IT Recruiter 🔹 Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow 🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 Year 🔹 Salary: ₹18,000 per month (negotiable as per experience) Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical profiles including frameworks, software development roles, data analyst positions, and other core IT roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles. Understand and analyze job descriptions and technical requirements. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates. Key Skills Required Proven experience in IT recruitment (minimum 1 year). Strong understanding of various IT technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Angular, Data Analytics, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards. Ability to handle multiple job requirements and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working in a target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field. Prior experience recruiting for roles like Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, QA Engineer, etc. Show more Show less
