We're Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer (6–8 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models.
Build scalable ML pipelines with
PySpark
and
MLflow
.
Work with structured & unstructured data using
Pandas
,
NumPy
, etc.
Train & fine-tune models using
scikit-learn
,
TensorFlow
, or
PyTorch
.
Explore & integrate
LLMs
like
OpenAI GPT
and
Hugging Face Transformers
.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers & developers.
Ensure reproducibility and model tracking with
MLflow
.
Optimize models for accuracy, performance & reliability.

🧠

What We’re Looking For:

6–8 years of hands-on ML engineering experience.
Proficiency in
Python
& ML frameworks.
Expertise in
PySpark
,
MLflow
, and model lifecycle management.
Experience with
LLMs
or a strong interest in working with them.
Solid grasp of
MLOps
and model deployment best practices.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
cloud ML platforms
(AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, or related field.
