Job Summary

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, AI/ML, Data, and Product teams
  • Source candidates through

    job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with

    hiring managers and technical leads

    to understand role requirements
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate

    candidate database and recruitment metrics

  • Track KPIs like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate conversion rate
  • Assist in

    contract negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding

Employer Branding Support

  • Represent the company at

    job fairs, virtual events, and recruitment campaigns

  • Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract top talent

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    HR, Business, or related field

  • 2–8 years of experience as a

    technical recruiter

    , preferably in IT services, SaaS, or product companies
  • Strong understanding of

    technical roles, skills, and technologies

  • Excellent

    sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with

    ATS/HR tools

    like Zoho, Taleo, Workday, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for

    GCC or global clients

  • Familiarity with

    contractual and permanent hiring processes

  • Knowledge of

    emerging technologies

    like AI, ML, Cloud, and Data Science

  • Number of positions successfully filled within SLA
  • Quality of hire and candidate satisfaction
  • Time-to-hire and pipeline management efficiency
  • Hiring manager satisfaction
