About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in C2C hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and closing niche technical candidates across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with consultants while ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  • Source, identify, and engage top technical talent for IT positions through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and referrals.
  • Focus on C2C hiring, building and maintaining relationships with consultants.
  • Proactively source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, ERP).
  • Screening & Shortlisting
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments (skills, experience, visa/work status, availability, and compensation).
  • Validate technical skills and career goals against client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements.
  • Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs.
  • Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry with proven exposure to C2C hiring.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of multiple job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT skills, technologies, and trends to effectively screen and engage candidates.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate rates, close offers, and manage expectations of both clients and candidates.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Tools: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
