Job Title: Salesforce technical lead consultant | Location: Hyderabad or Chennai Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 months to 1 year (extendable) Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (PROS), FSL, and more Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools like GitHub and Copado Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Champion best practices in Salesforce development and agile methodologies Qualifications: 9–10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 7 years on the Salesforce platform Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and coding standards Experience with version control, CI/CD, and DevOps tools Familiarity with agile development tools and practices Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect preferred Knowledge of compliance and security in enterprise Salesforce implementations Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
