We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for spotting exceptional talent, a deep understanding of the technical landscape, and a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent in the industry.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using various platforms and methods.
• Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Create and foster relationships with universities, coding bootcamps, and other talent sources. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and a seamless recruitment process.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both technical and behavioural, with candidates.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview results.
• 360 recruitment. Sourcing, qualifying and tech checking candidates to be shortlisted
.• Managing Selected candidates across into their day 1 with the organization.
