Technical Recruiter

Dear All,

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for job posting, pre-screening candidates, salary negotiation, head hunting, and social media posting and outreach to attract top technical talent and have experience in transfering HIB Viza profilles to US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals( Developers, Architects, Engineers) for HIB profiles for US based clients

• Minimum of 3+ years of US Staffing experience as a Technical Recruiter. who are of HIB Visa candidates to workin US
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
• Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, other Job Sites, etc. to source Candidates
• A clear understanding of recruitment concepts such as employment type (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent), tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C), employment and residency status
• Identify and engage potential candidates through head hunting techniques.
• Utilize social media for posting job openings and reaching out to potential candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong experience recruiting for HIB profiles
• knowledge of US IT job market trends and salary benchmarks
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Work TImings - 7 Pm to 4 am ( US Shift )
