Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Information Technology Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating the hiring process. The role involves understanding the technical requirements of each position and finding candidates who meet those specifications. Additionally, the recruiter will engage with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
