Technical Recruiter

As an experienced IT Recruiter with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the IT industry, you will be joining AceNet Consulting's Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon or Pune. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various positions such as software engineers, developers, and system administrators. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, crafting job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers. Utilizing your expertise in IT recruitment, you will track applicant progress and ensure a seamless application process. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Your proven experience in IT recruitment, familiarity with technical roles and coding languages, as well as proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms will be valuable assets. Your strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
