Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web and app development projects. You’ll act as the bridge between the technical team and the client, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within scope, and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery — from requirement gathering to final deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Designers, Developers, QA, and Clients).
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation sheets.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain constant communication with clients for status updates and feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the team in prioritizing tasks and resolving technical blockers.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize workflow and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) managing software/web/app projects.
• Strong technical background — ability to understand web technologies, APIs, and software architecture.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with remote or distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma workflows.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
