About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress WooCommerce Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing, customizing, and maintaining WooCommerce-powered websites. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experience across our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress WooCommerce websites.
• Implement and configure plugins, extensions, and themes to optimize eCommerce functionality.
• Customize WooCommerce templates, checkout flows, and product pages as needed.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WooCommerce and WordPress.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with web standards.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor website performance, analytics, and conversion rates, recommending improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong focus on WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with theme and plugin customization.
• Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with subscription models, membership sites, and booking systems.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of Git version control and modern development workflows.
• Basic understanding of server management and hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, Cloud).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience working with WooCommerce and WordPress.
