Job Description

Technical Project Manager :

Experience Range - 10 to 15

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating key Scrum ceremonies such as but not limited to Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery alignment, removing blockers, and promoting team ownership and accountability.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD practices, leveraging appropriate tools to support efficient and consistent project execution.
Demonstrate a understanding of technical stacks to effectively support and uplift team capabilities.
Deliver regular project updates and prepare performance and progress reports using relevant metrics.
Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
Exhibit deep proficiency in Agile project management, with strong knowledge of Scrum/SAFE frameworks and best practices.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership in driving high-performing teams and ensuring successful project execution.
Track record of managing full project lifecycles with consistent success in end-to-end delivery.
Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, collaboration, and documentation.
