Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Mentor and guide project teams in Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
