About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee and support the delivery of key platform-related projects. While deep technical expertise is not required, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical concepts and familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role will evolve from project management responsibilities into supporting select Business Analyst (BA) functions.

Employees are required to be present in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week. This means you’ll be in the office at least three days a week, with the option to work remotely on the other days, based on manager approval and business needs. This approach helps us stay connected as a team while giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management

• Lead and manage platform-based projects.
• Support Business Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in project execution.
• Coordinate internal project communications and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation when required.

Progressive Responsibility: Business Analyst Support

• Assist with capturing high-level requirements and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional needs and project objectives.
• Support testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback collection, where needed.
• Facilitate smooth communication between technical and business teams.

You will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology-driven environment.
• Good understanding of SDLC and IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical terminology and coordinating across technical teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience in large-scale platform projects or system upgrades is a plus.
