Organized. Period. Qualifications and Experience: 10+ years in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment. 5+ years of direct Sales experience in online marketing services. Proven track record of selling solutions like Web Design, SEO, SEM, and PPC , especially to small law firms or other SMB segments. Strong background in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Experience building and scaling delivery and sales teams in a growth-stage environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Prior experience with remote teams or hybrid work models preferred.
