We are rapidly expanding our presence in the US and looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to take charge of our Marketing Services business.


The Opportunity


scale our US Marketing business


Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow SocioSquares’ US Marketing Services business.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, and convert high-intent leads into happy clients
  • Oversee the delivery of SEO, PPC, Web, and other digital services for small law firms
  • Partner with our Demand Gen team to hit and exceed new client and revenue goals
  • Be a coach, not just a manager. Help your team sharpen their skills and level up
  • Own operations. Define how things get done and improve them continuously
  • Hire the right people, manage performance, and build a team you're proud of
  • Be the trusted advisor clients call when they’re stuck, scaling, or need clarity
  • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and create new opportunities for growth



About You:

    and always looking to understand more about marketing on digital and law firm businesses.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years

    in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • 5+ years

    of direct Sales experience in online marketing services.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions like

    Web Design, SEO, SEM, and PPC

    , especially to

    small law firms

    or other SMB segments.
  • Strong background in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience building and scaling delivery and sales teams in a growth-stage environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with remote teams or hybrid work models preferred.
