About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the launch phase of Garn’s very unique subscription and JIT based jewelry marketplace platform (MMP release). In this role, you will collaborate with freelance developers, testers, and product leaders to evaluate project readiness, synchronize work-streams, and facilitate a seamless and thoroughly tested launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early-stage startups, particularly in managing MVP/MMP launches for e-commerce or marketplace solutions.

What You’ll Do:

-Evaluate the overall readiness of the platform, including features, workflows, and stability.

- Coordinate freelance technology and quality assurance teams to create a cohesive delivery strategy.

- Ensure that production workflows are thoroughly tested and meet established performance criteria.

- Develop a clear and achievable release plan with definitive launch timelines.

- Monitor project progress, addressing any obstacles to guarantee timely releases

Qualifications

- 6–10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead.

- Demonstrated success in managing intricate product deliveries, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace sectors.

- Practical experience leading MVP or MMP launches in early-stage startups.

- Deep understanding of quality assurance, DevOps practices, production readiness, and performance testing.

- Experience working with freelance or distributed technical teams.

- Exceptional communication skills, risk management abilities, and a strong sense of project ownership.
