Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Angular and Node.js. The role involves managing software development projects end-to-end, leading teams, and engaging directly with international clients, including Vietnam-based customers. The ideal candidate should combine technical skills with proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of software development projects from planning to delivery.

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, particularly on Angular and Node.js projects.

• Coordinate project activities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.

• Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively with stakeholders.

• Ensure quality standards are met through regular reviews and feedback.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with international clients, particularly those based in Vietnam.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and Node.js.

• Proven experience in technical project management of software development projects.

• Excellent team management and leadership skills.

• Experience working with international clients, especially Vietnam-based customers.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Track record of successfully delivering projects end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience mentoring or coaching technical teams.

• Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.

• Understanding of software quality assurance processes.
