Responsibilities:
- Drive planning, coordination, and execution across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps teams.- Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines.- Collaborate with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans.- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams.- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems.- Participate in architecture and design discussions, understanding technical trade-offs and dependencies.- Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team.- Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams.- Represent the tech team in customer discussions when needed.- Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with both engineers and customers.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies under tight deadlines.- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and execution-driven.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
