Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Define scope, set deadlines, and delegate tasks efficiently to development and QA teams.
  • Utilize tools like

    Jira

    and

    Confluence

    for project tracking, sprint planning, and task management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the team.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain a clear project roadmap, backlog, and documentation for transparency and clarity.
  • Continuously assess and improve project workflows and delivery processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management within a technical or software development environment.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of

    Agile, Scrum

    , and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience using

    Jira

    for tracking and managing development tasks and sprints.
  • Good understanding of

    .NET framework

    SQL

    Angular

    , with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
