Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead campaign strategy, oversee execution, and mentor the marketing operations team. The candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, leadership ability, and hands-on expertise in managing multi-brand or client-facing marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans across multiple brands/accounts.
Lead and manage a small marketing operations team, ensuring quality and timelines.
Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders for campaign alignment, performance reviews, and weekly meetings.
Review and optimize marketing automation, lead funnels, and performance metrics.
Guide creative direction, messaging, and brand consistency across campaigns.
Identify new growth opportunities, digital trends, and process improvements.
Maintain a high standard of discipline, ownership, and accountability within the team.

Requirements:

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.
5-12 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setup.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for client and leadership communication.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM, campaign analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance strategy with execution.
Smart, energetic, and self-driven professional with a collaborative approach.
