Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing (Enterprise Focus)

  • Engage and manage inbound and outbound leads generated through digital campaigns, website traffic, and targeted outreach
  • Qualify enterprise leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools to identify business challenges and data security needs
  • Maintain accurate lead records, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-ups
  • Nurture prospects through personalized communication, solution-driven messaging, and relevant content
  • Schedule demos, prepare proposals, and support enterprise deal closures
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-5 years

    of experience in sales, marketing, inside/outside sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of

    content marketing, social media, and email marketing

  • Proven experience in

    lead generation, lead nurturing, and CRM management

  • Hands-on experience managing

    inbound and outbound enterprise leads

  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and sales effectiveness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in

    startups or high-growth companies

  • Prior experience managing

    B2B enterprise sales funnels

  • Familiarity with

    sales automation tools

    and marketing analytics platforms
  • Working knowledge of

    Google Analytics

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background in

    Enterprise Sales

  • Experience handling

    BFSI clients

  • Exposure to

    CTO, CISO, CXO, and senior decision-makers

  • Experience in

    B2B Sales and marketing, IT Product Sales, or Solution Selling

  • Exposure to

    Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Information Security solutions

    is highly preferred
