Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities within the ACP and façade segments.
  • Generate leads through field visits, market surveys, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, façade contractors, and fabricators.

2. Product Promotion

  • Promote ACP/façade products to target customers through presentations, product demos, and technical discussions.
  • Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and propose appropriate product solutions.
  • Ensure brand visibility through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure timely submission of samples, mock-ups, and documentation.
  • Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends.

4. Marketing Activities

  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies) related to ACP and façade systems.
  • Assist in planning digital marketing strategies and social media promotions.
  • Support the organization in improving brand presence in the façade industry.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain updated databases for customers, leads, competitors, and pricing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and progress.
  • Update project tracking systems and follow up on ongoing tenders and quotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in ACP, façade, building materials, or construction industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required for market visits and customer meetings.
