Quantity Surveyor/ Billing Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and interim/final bills. Verify contractor claims and ensure alignment with project documentation. Coordinate with project managers and site teams for data collection. Manage the billing process and follow up on payments. Maintain accurate records of billing transactions. Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets. Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning. Analyze contract terms and conditions. Manage procurement processes and evaluate supplier quotations. Assess and mitigate financial risks. Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
