Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee software development and integration projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical understanding and project management expertise to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.

As a TPM at Webbee, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, communicating directly with clients, and driving project delivery across our SaaS and integration ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical execution — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead multiple concurrent software and integration projects end-to-end — from requirement gathering to deployment.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and client goals.

• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.

• Manage project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation plans.

• Ensure accurate project documentation, status reports, and updates to stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

• Work closely with development teams on project architecture, sprint planning, and code review discussions.

• Collaborate on API design, system architecture, data flow, and integration logic for SaaS and ERP systems.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security standards are maintained throughout product delivery.

• Provide technical guidance to developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — managing expectations, feedback, and communication.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans for the development team.

• Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive communication.

Team & Process Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and analysts.

• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in project documentation, version control, and release management.

• Continuously identify areas of improvement in process, technology, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 5–9 years of experience in technical project management within a software development or SaaS-based environment.

• Strong technical background with Project Management Skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools – Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience managing small to medium-sized technical teams (5–10 members).
