Technical Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating the scrum ceremonies, leading the scrum team in delivering the ServiceNow application solution using agile methodology, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, engaging stakeholders, empowering the team, monitoring progress, coaching on agile practices, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. - Lead the scrum team in delivering the ServiceNow application solution using agile methodology. - Help define and prioritize the product backlog and create user stories and acceptance criteria. - Identify and engage relevant stakeholders and design appropriate cadence for stakeholder engagement. - Empower the team to self-organize and deliver high-quality solutions. - Track and monitor progress and communicate status and risks to stakeholders. - Coach and mentor the team on agile values, principles, and practices. - Develop use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation. - Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and adapt workshops. - Remove impediments or blockers hindering team productivity. - Manage dependencies and coordination with other teams and external parties. - Create impactful communication and collaboration via different channels. - Ensure team adherence to standards, processes, and best practices. - Continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master role, with 3+ years" experience for development projects on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools. - Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, and configuration. - Experience in creating process flow diagrams and use cases. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team. - Solid understanding of project and software development methodologies. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, multitasking, and conflict-management skills. - Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Attention to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.,
