Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software and AI solutions for global clients. The TPM will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires both strong project management skills and a solid understanding of modern software technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint backlogs, and release roadmaps.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different verticals and time zones.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client demos.
• Technical Oversight
• Understand architecture, tech stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, AWS, etc.), and integration requirements to guide the team effectively.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Review technical documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Delivery & Quality Control
• Track project performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Implement and refine Agile/Scrum practices across projects.
• Ensure timely escalation of risks and bottlenecks to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or technical program management in software development environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, Linear/ClickUp, and collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with modern web & mobile technologies (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, AWS, MongoDB, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI/ML, blockchain, or SaaS products.
• Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Exposure to international client management.
