Role Overview

Project Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate between internal teams (designers, developers, QA) to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Document project requirements, progress, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support in preparing project reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Help identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of project management tools (e.g., Linear, Slack).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or currently in 3rd / final year of a Bachelor's program in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
