About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern who wants real exposure to how projects actually run in a fast-growing edtech startup. You’ll work closely with founders, developers, designers, and marketing teams to keep projects on track from planning to execution.

If you like structure, coordination, and seeing ideas turn into reality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, design, content, marketing)
• Create and maintain project plans, task lists, and timelines
• Track daily progress and follow up on assigned tasks
• Document meeting notes, action items, and status reports
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and basic project reporting
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and report them proactively
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of project management concepts
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Slides
• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
