As a Project Management Intern at our company located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Cluster Head and gain valuable experience in project management. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client communication and relationship building, understanding the clients' business, brand, audience, and goals, and focusing on overall project objectives and long-term impact. Additionally, you will anticipate client needs, offer solutions, and create polished presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building. - Understand the clients business, brand, audience, and goals. - Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. - Handle multiple mid-to-high-intensity website/digital projects simultaneously. - Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams: design, content, UX, tech, QA, etc. - Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery every time. - Understand and create clear briefs for creative, design, and tech teams. - Be proficient with AI tools for copy and content generation, design support, and presentation creation. - Ready to work in project management, preferably in digital/website projects. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. - Expertise in presentation-building and storytelling. - Data-driven thinking; ability to analyze reports and project performance.
