Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Project Manager with a strong developer background and 58 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS environments.
This is a non-coding role, but a developer mindset is mandatory. You will be the critical bridge between clients, product, engineering, and leadership, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and flawless execution.
Our core tech stack includes Angular JS, .Net Framework, and MS SQL, and prior exposure to Angular JS, React JS, MS SQL, .Net Core, or .Net will be a strong advantage in driving faster, sharper technical decisions and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple B2B SaaS clients—from on-boarding to go-live and beyond.

Act as the technical SPOC for clients, translating business requirements into clear technical workflows.

Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and implementation teams to ensure scope, timelines, and quality are met.

Drive project planning, sprint execution, milestones, risk management, and dependencies with precision.

Ensure on-time, on-scope, and high-quality delivery of all client implementations and platform rollouts.

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, and implement mitigation strategies.

Lead client communications, expectation management, and escalations with confidence and clarity.

Track project performance metrics, SLAs, and delivery KPIs.

Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum best practices wherever applicable.

Act as a strategic partner to internal leadership by providing actionable insights on delivery, quality, and scaling.
Key Skills

Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Tech Delivery Manager in B2B SaaS environments.

Hands-on developer background with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, databases, and deployments.

Solid working knowledge of Angular JS, .Net Framework, and MS SQL (PRM360 tech stack) will be add on.

Prior experience in Angular JS, React JS, MS SQL, .Net Core, or .Net is a strong added advantage.

Excellent command over Agile, Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Release Management.

Deep understanding of SDLC, Cloud Platforms, Integrations, and SaaS delivery models.

Exceptional client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

High proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Monday, or similar).

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, startup-driven environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related technical field.

5–8 years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager in a B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Mandatory prior experience as a Developer / Technical Lead / Technical Consultant.

Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent will be a strong advantage.

Experience working directly with enterprise clients, integrations, and multi-stakeholder environments is highly preferred.
