Product Implementation Specialist

As a Product Implementation Specialist at Acads360, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of our SaaS products for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the software, and provide comprehensive training and support. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for product implementation. - Configure and customize the SaaS product, PRM360 to align with client specifications. - Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring on-time and successful deployment. - Provide training to clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements. - Create and maintain documentation related to implementation processes and client configurations. - Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to improve future implementations. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS product implementation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. - Proven experience in product implementation, with a focus on SaaS solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with a track record of delivering successful implementations. - Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow processes, and business analysis. Additional Preferred Skills: - Certification in relevant SaaS products or project management. - Experience with software integration and API understanding. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies.,
