Job Role: Product Implementation Specialist

As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate onboarding and implementation for Advantage Clubs suite of platforms. You will work cross-functionally with clients, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Delivery

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-launch stabilization ensuring timely and successful go-live for each client.
• Translate client requirements into technical and functional configurations within the platform.
• Conduct configuration, testing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and platform readiness.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and QA teams to manage dependencies, escalate issues, and drive resolution.
• Work with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth operations and handovers.

Process Excellence

• Develop and maintain standardized playbooks, templates, and documentation for implementation projects.
• Continuously optimize internal implementation workflows for efficiency and quality.

Client Communication & Training

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.
• Conduct client workshops, platform walkthroughs, and training sessions for admins and end-users.

Data & Configuration Management

• Manage integrations with HRMS, SSO, APIs, and data feeds as per client scope.
• Validate and maintain high standards of data integrity throughout the setup process.

Quality & Testing

• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure all client feedback is tracked and addressed before launch.
• Support QA testing for feature configurations, ensuring the product behaves as intended for client-specific requirements.

Requirements and Skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, onboarding, or client delivery — preferably in HRTech, FinTech, Rewards & Recognition, or Enterprise SaaS environments.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and client lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, API integrations, and data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, and project tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Figma and understanding of UX flow is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• A client-first mindset and passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
